Spread the Word
There are lots of ways you can help to get the word out about the Tour so more women will be encouraged to get screened for breast cancer. Tell your friends, neighbours, coworkers, teachers. Give someone a call, send an email, post it to Facebook, drop by for a visit to chat…there are plenty of options!
Here are just a few ideas to get you started:
- Visit the Tour and bring a friend
- Send a Tour bus ticket to tell someone else
- Promote the Tour in your town
- Ask your library to hand out bookmarks to all visitors and display the Tour poster where everyone can see it
- Pass out Tour bookmarks at your next church group or book club
- Include a Tour poster in your office lunch room or on the employee bulletin board
- Tell others what you're doing and encourage them to do the same thing
- Send everyone you know in Atlantic Canada the link to this website or the video
